Yup... It does not take a lot of time to either stay fit or lose weight. We just need to spend a little time per day to exercise like jogging or cycling. I guess jogging is the cheapest exercise. We just have to wake up early every morning and go jogging around our neighborhood. We can do it 30 minutes each day. Hopefully, we can stay fit or even, lose our weight.
