talking about vanity isn't saying something not being worthy being vain?
sin is a dark evil thing. no matter how much good u do u will still have it. now God being a being that is sinless and can't allow sin in heaven, how can he do that? Jesus washes away our sins. that is why we can even get into heaven he is the only one to do it because he is the only one that died taking our sins. his blood washes us clean.

why does he need to be accepted?
a person lives a just and righteous life, leaving the world better and spreading positivity, yet if he doesn't validate god, his vanity will cause him to punish even this righteous person.

your god, as you describe him, is not worthy of my worship.

it's not about praise. it is about accepting Jesus. God is not like that. I would encourage u to read the Bible but I feel like u will turn that down. the praise isn't required at all. that is something we do to say thanks. like if ur friend let's u borrow his truck then as a sign of thanks u fill it full when ur done.

that's not the question. the worship is demanded regardless of what I want. he is vain and spiteful. if that is the case, no thank you. probably spend eternity listening to him bragging about his greatness, I'd be hoping for death all over again.

and if he isn't vain and spiteful, then he would judge based on actions and not based on how much I praise him.

depends. would u want to be by God's side for eternity?

once again, he doesn't ask, he demands. and punishes those who refuse for eternity.

no he asks u to trust him and to take a step out on faith. "only when u jump off the cliff do u learn if u can fly"

it is about accepting Jesus as ur Lord and Savior. by doing this u get the holy spirit which is such a great feeling that words fail me.

well you will likely say that you do worship him out of love, but that is besides the point. regardless of your personal reason, the prevailing view is that your good demands that praise under fierce penalty

you didn't claim to praise him voluntarily, you only switched to that now. the claim is that if you do not accept and praise him, you burn, forever. it's not an option you do out of love, it is a mandate that is fiercely enforced, and that is a very big distinction.

if the praise is completely optional and you choose to do it out of love, then it would not be a requirement for salvation.

he doesn't need it. we give it. let us pretend he is real since u don't believe so. ok now here is a perfect being who utterly loves u and has created u and everything u see. he is here to help u through everything. and much more but this should be enough. would u not be thankful? would u not want to show appreciation? this is how we do it.

one would think making God would see your actions of making up for your sins. asking forgiveness from God for a sin against a person seems like an utterly unnecessary step, unless God just really needs his ego stroked on a regular basis.

Christianity seems to have a very insulting view of God in my opinion. a perfect being who needs constant praise and reassurance like a neurotic spoiled child.

oh I don't go to a priest to help me with my sin. I go to something much more powerful. I go to God.
we do these things as well. we take it a step further because that is what we know we must do.

sorry, but someone's blood won't clear your sins. you want to atone? go ask forgiveness from the one you wronged or do some community service to spread some ACTUAL good in this world instead of taking the easy way out with a weekly confession and some hail marys.

Christianity isn't a movie. Jesus has already shed his blood on a cross for u. it's not hard to find for those who are not blond

lol you make him sounds like a lucky rabbits foot. go hunt down Jesus and get his blood and all yours sins are forgiven. honestly it would make Christianity much more interesting.
