he does say another advocate but I doubt he is speaking of another profit because it would have to be a man to be a profit and man is not immoral therefore it is more logical that he is speaking of the holy spirit who is immoral and could be there forever

He was talking about the Holy Spirit, as explained in the following verse. The Holy Spirit dwells in each of us, according to Him. We can see a prominent example of this later in the Pentecost.
