By the way, DarkKnight is disagreeing with this statement.

That might be enough to see the common perception.
It looks like most people are against to this statement.

machines do need fuel, but they don't need sleep, and they were absolutely created to replace humans
machines have limitations like every other human.
like humans need food machines also need fuel.
like humans need rest, machines also need rest after working through long hours.
Point to be noted that machines were invented and made to assist humans and not to replace them.
Machines have their limitations just as much as man does, and if machines can do everything man can do but better, might as well have all of humanity undergo a singularity.
good luck doing art. until an ai is smart enough of course but at this time...
I wouldn't use these forums if there are no people to mentally maneuver with.
