Dave, I agree. getting shot is easy, and then after you get shot hiding is easy too. She chose to speak out knowing that her life is in danger, and there are people who want to kill her.
She chose the harder path she did not have to take to try to get rights for woman.
She was shot in the head on her school bus for saying the girls deserve to go to school. Instead of being intimidated she continued to fight for women to have the right to an education. Getting shot doesn't take courage. Standing up to the people who shot you and continuing to fight for something you believe in certainly does.
