Eating healthy becomes so important recently because there are fast food restaurants spreading all over the cities. Healthy life is also supported by eating healthy food and exercising regularly. No need to listen to others how hard to eat healthy, look at yourself whether you always make your own meal or not. It's more economical and practical way to live a healthy life since the food is made by yourselves. You know what hygienic foods are.
You can still buy apples, oranges and bananas everywhere.
