If you give women the opportunity to own property but take away the rights to own property, there is no point in giving women opportunity if they can't exercise it.
If there is not any problem in giving them the equal opportunity then why shouldn't they get the equal rights.
I'm a usual proponent of feminism, including modern feminism. however I agree the rights are identical. the current concerns of feminism (as I understand them) are double standards and limited representation in media and power. (which is a much more minor concern then different rights, but not completely insignificant)
I personally don't see any rights given to men that aren't given to women. can someone explain these to me?
Equal rights creates the equal opportunity, yes.
how can you have equal opportunity with unequal rights?
