The best way to learn is not by proving that you know something. Keep quiet and let the others teach you, you will discover and learn a lot of things. At least you learn from those people.
It is important to know when to be quiet and truly listen. Most people are thinking of a response when others talk, when they should give their undivided attention. Poor communication leads to many conflicts that could be avoided.
