On the other hand, brick and mortar businesses mean an investment in property, employees and merchandise for physical display. So, that's a much bigger up front investment, which is definitely more risky.

In online business, the buying and selling process are carried out in cyber space through the internet. In other words, there is no real transaction as the seller and the buyer do not meet in person. Trust is very important in online business. That’s the reason why online business is riskier than offline business. There are a lot stories about people being scammed in online business. So, in online business, we need to make sure that we are having a business with a reliable person or a legitimate company.
