Arpaio was convicted for continuing to carry out illegal actions after being ordered by a judge to stop. he is a racist criminal. pardoning him is a complete travesty. Trump has claimed that he values the Constitution and the rule of law, pardoning a criminal just because he is a friend of yours who has shown no remorse for his crimes proves that is a lie.
