My family and I have a good structure in our teeth. My mother never allows me to eat chocolate and candies when I was young. The result is when I grow older and older, I don’t like chocolates and candies so much as much as my friend do. That’s a good prevention from toothache and mother always gives me fruits as an alternative to avoid sweets.
