Many people have two cars but many people don't have a car yet.
Clearly, people with cars are making a lot of cash and people without cars are not making enough cash.
We should install parking meters on every street and use that cash to buy used cars for people without cars.
That should increase the number of new cars sold by a lot and that meanst a lot of new jobs for everybody which of course means more people will have cars and taxes collected from parking meter would increase.
It's not exactly rocket science.
We can solve wealth inequality, we just need to use modern technology.
