Smoking is a bad habit. It disturbs not only the smoker but also the people around him. They will suck the smoke coming from the cigarettes which turn them into passive smokers. If they want to keep smoking they should do it somewhere far from others so that they can suck the smoke coming from the cigars by themselves.
As a nonsmoker I hate walking through a cloud of smoke to get somewhere. Common courtesy dictates not subjecting others to your self-destructive habits.
