Relationship and healthy are two things that we should deal with for living in an ideal life. I can’t agree that when people get addicted to being in a relationship and it can be unhealthy. It should be a reverse. Having a good relationship will lead us for healthy life. For instance, if you don’t want to do jogging, and then your wife ask you to go jogging together, you would not refuse her invitation, would you?
If you live only for your relationship, that is not healthy. It is a recipe for disaster. This can lead to obsession, doubt, and eventually violence. You have to have your own life and interests as well as those you share with your significant other.
