sorry racists, but does it really matter who is smarter than who? The fact still aplies intelligence has nothing to do with this.
Inteligence has nothing to do with disliking homosexuals or rapists. Why is this even an argument?
People who are so inclined will always find a reason to feel superior. If there were no homosexuality, they might move on to race, or gender, or social standing, or hair color, or nationality, or religion. There are endless ways to subdivide the human race and, no matter which way you divide it, you will probably find someone feeling superior for being different than the people on the other side of the division.
The other reason that the topic is a flawed argument is that, at least to some extent, the groups are the same. Being intolerant of one group doesn't disqualify you from being intolerant of a different, separate group. In my experience, those who embrace their biases and attack others based on their differences (verbally, I have never been witness to racial or homophobic violence) tend to have a list of people they are against. People who are firmly in the "us vs them" mindset tend to be more inclined to preach hate against anyone different, whether based on race, sexual preference, or any other perceived difference.
but then to declare something to be superior we need something that is inferior too. had there been no homosexuals on what grounds then could the heterosexuals say that they are the better people ? had there been a world where homosexuality was prevelant and heterosexuals were not allowed to come out of the closet, they would have been despised too.
It is the same mentality, just applied to different groups. "I'm better than you, and it is therefore my responsibility to tell you what is wrong with you." Both are grouping people based on what they are rather than who, and both are equally as unintelligent.
