Pizza Hut and Domino's Pizza should record the weight of each customer in a database that will be available to any restaurant and if you are obese then you will have to leave at least one slice of pizza behind.

These slices of pizza would be collected and unemployed people with at least two children will be allowed to take a full pizza made of slices of all the previolsy confiscated slices of pizza.

Each family can take only one pizza per day.

Each family will open a tab which will be paid by the government or a charity like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation or a the family or a combination of the three at the end of the month.

There is only a limited number of pizzas that can be given away each day and an unlimited number of families with at least one unemployed parent. Initially, all the pizzas will be delivered to anybody on a first come first sever basis but on the second day the pizzas will be delivered only to the families with the smallest tabs only until all the current families are taken care of and then if there are any pizzas left you switch back to the first come first sever basis.

This strategy will force all families to beg for money on the streets in order to pay off the current debt of ONE PIZZA before midnight in order to get another one the next day. Also, some teenagers may find a few jobs on the weekends like waiting tables in order to pay the debt and keep getting 30 pizzas for the next month.

Unlike the current welfare system where you don't have to do anything to get food. This type of system forces everybody to turn off the TV and try to work at least for a day or two and make some money to at the very least give a small payment of $100 to the pizza place assuming they work for 10 hours for a day for $10 per hour once a week.

If you are too lazy and you don't even beg $10 on the streets. You will be replaced by somebody that is atleast trying begging on the streets and paying $10

People who are gaining weight will be forced to give up two slices of pizza instead of one.

Eventually if you cannot control yourself you will leave almost all the entire pizza and you will only eat one slice. This is the worst case scenario.

You can still buy 10 pizzas and make an entire pizza with a lot of individual slices but that is going to cost you a lot of money.
