People who have jobs working for governments feel that only their own private and personal life actually matters. It's a terrible bias that they have against those who don't have a government job. Spies get angry. once spied upon because they don't like what they are doing to others being done to them.
They are discreetly attempting to force everyone to get a government job or risk being spied upon and their private life exposed.
