Maybe they should have mandatory 15 minute breaks throughout their day - with shoulder massage or yoga or music - whatever helps them relax their mind.
Some jobs like air traffic controller or surgeon are indeed stressful. They are not supposed to make any mistakes in carrying out their jobs. It means zero defect is a must. That situation really keeps them under pressure. Therefore, I think they need more time to relax. They need some time to keep their mind off their jobs so that when they return to their jobs, they can work well or even, better.
If you are a hedge fund manager or a software developer sometimes you need to work for a day each month at McDonald's just to relax a little and enjoy life.
