Police in Mexico don't confiscate small amounts of cocaine from people in order to claim they are unforgivable felons for life; who may not defend themselves or their property from any gunman. Police in Mexico just confiscate the cocaine and tell the previous owner to beat it.
Police down in Mexico City look for any excuse to stop you and then ask unashamedly for a bribe. They also stop you for s right reason and ask you for a bribe. I have lived in Mexico City for 22 years.
Sure, Najam, their job isn't to rob Mexican citizens. They get paid to escort the cartel, return confiscated drugs from the 'good cops', and kill people -oh, they'll make the murder look like a robbery, but they aren't actually allowed to accept tips.
Mexican police generally don't make a living from praying on the civilians. A rare few are riding bicycles up and down traffic lanes, peering inside cars, searching for an excuse to ticket, and fine the driver. The majority of Mexican police just ride around in the back of pickup trucks holding assault rifles.
Ha! That is funny. Mexican police are so corrupt.
