By doing so, the Presidents themselves could experience how was it if a normal everyday life people would feel. For example, let's say there's an employee working in the capital, when say capital, it is a big city which means by he's everyday life he would always take a taxi. But due to the unofficial street visit, the president could help those who work far from home by adding a few transportation services, say an installation of a LRT. This is for the situation that I have given, maybe there are so much more situation that are present. But think that's enough.
