Mostly. But it persists in underground circles. And I could see a resurgance in the near future in response to the powerful prominence of homogenity, modern pop ethos and the rise of progressive qualities in metal. And it's up to the punks of today to raise that middle finger once again without any of the pussy apathy, fearfulness of law which and duty which I've seen grow into circles. Half the punks I've known were just wretched socialites, without the nerve to break shit or break faces. Ya gotta punish the wicked with a 2x4.
