The fact about Putin can be viewed in many ways. Firstly, Lets start from the beginning. There were people like Stalin and Hitler, to whom we call them today as 'Dictators'. But strong political leaders like FDR, Winston Churchill were also titled as dictators by their oppositions or by the memvers of an opposition party. Putin, most likely falls under this category. He's authoritarian. He's certainly not a dictator, but is authoritarian and ambitious. Due to which people call him as 'dictator'.
haha funny. ok now for actually debating. how is the president a dictator? why do that when u can do it in disguise? about every big dictator in the world that said he was got squashed. why would he follow that dead end
then by your logic, the president of the USA is also a dictator. putin doesnt have all the power anyway, if he did, he would get rid of the Kremlin and the prime minister and actually become a dictator. you dont know what the f*** youre on about as usual.
thereal are you russian?
no he's a dictator because he has all the power. sure he goes under that name but " a rose by any other name..."
hes not a dictator, hes the democratic president you retard. he doesnt automatically become a dictator just because you dont like him.
looking at you, you seem to be the most funniest debater. Oops I mean you were cause you arent active anymore. Russia having mcdonalds has nothing to do with Putin.
There are McDonald's in Moscow.
