But aren't they? I mean, trans people typically aren't allowed in the bathroom of the desired (for lack of a more sensitive word) gender. They are usually told to go to a cetain one or one for all. that's what I thought.

Now, I don't really care about who does what. As long as you are not having sex and not doing drugs/ smoking while using the restroom. Heck, I can do a guy and girl one!

No they aren't. Sex is what genitalia you're born with. Gender how you self Identify and before you cry " see its a choice" no it isn't. trans women have a brain chemistry that is typical of a biological women and the same is true of trans men with their counterpart.

That is completely irrelevant. The question is not about how people perceive LGBT people but rather if people in general should have to used different bathrooms based on gender.

I think having different bathrooms is just a waste of time and money. just have one bigger bathroom than two small ones.

According to the LGBT community, having a dick doesn't officialy make you a guy. They say that what you feel like you are is what you are.

What is the difference??

According to basically everybody, it's not. They say that sex is biological and gender is social, or what you identify as.
