Instead of the traditional 32 teams we expand to 16 guest teams which will include all the countries sharing borders with Russia to encourage the sports fans to visit Russia and increase cooperation and peace among all the tribes.
Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, and North Korea.
The remaining two teams will come from the 33rd and 34th global rank.
If one of the neighbours classifies to the tratitional 32 tournament then his place is replaced by the 35th global rank.
They will compete for the right to join the Group I which will have 4 empty slots.
The matches will start a or two week earlier.
