This is in reference to the crash of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 that was allegedly shot down over Eastern Ukraine after taking off in Amsterdam carrying 198 international passengers (mostly from the Netherlands). To cover something up (one would assume), Russia took the bodies, put them in a refrigerated train and carted them to Moscow.
