Playing playful pranks is okay. But playing a bomb scare prank isnt right at all. It might create panic, stampede, etc.

Pranks are pranks unless and until they include following circumstances-----

1)Assault: Legal definitions of assault include offensive conduct, not just physical contact. Throwing something can result in assault charges as well

2)Reckless endangerment

3)Destruction of property

4)Disorderly conduct

5)Criminal conspiracy (common when more than one person is in on the prank)

6)Various traffic violations and citations

7(Kidnapping/False Imprisonment (For instance, tying a person up and leaving them somewhere, or transporting them against their will)

8)Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress (NEID)

The victim of the prank cant understand that you are playing a prank. You are actually playing with people's emotion and trust. It increases the chances of injury. You can never predict how someone would react.
