Skinny isn't always healthy, just like being "bigger" doesn't mean a person is unhealthy.

Discrimination and judging others is way out of hand. We need to worry about our own shortcomings, nobody is perfect!

It's worse. Skinny people are healthy and "bigger" people aren't.
