A typical postal worker makes at least $10.10 per hour.

Unemployed people from Canada will be hired as postal workers for the States close to the border like Washington, Idaho and Montana.
A special exception for the minimum wage laws will be written for postal workers which will allow for a postal worker in Washington working for just $4.66 instead of the traditional $9.32

In short, we will replace all current American postal workers in Washington making $9.32 for Canadian postal workers making just $4.66 in order to reduce the massive losses in the USPS.

Unemployed people from Mexico will be hired as postal workers for the States close to the border like California, Arizona and Texas.
A special exception for the minimum wage laws will be written for postal workers which will allow for a postal worker in California working for just $4.00 instead of the traditional $8.00

In short, we will replace all current American postal workers in California making $8.00 for Mexican postal workers making just $4.00 in order to reduce the massive losses in the USPS.

All Canadian and Mexican postal workers will work only for a limited amount of time. Perhaps a year and they go back home and are replaced by other unemployed Canadians and Mexicans.

If you are behind on your Citigroup credit card which is a company from the United States of America because you are unemployed you can pay your credit card debt working for Uncle Sam.

This will increase profits for these companies and that means more taxes for Uncle Sam.

The same for American Express.

the savings in payrolls will be billions and the USPS will be profitable again and capable of sending a few used CDs to anywhere in the world for FREE.

Who is supposed to front the cost? The USPS is already struggling to the increased communication available via the internet.

Most people in developed countries don't use them anymore but people in Nigeria or Bangladesh could use all those used CDs. I think each developed country should create a CD stamp that can be used to ship as many CDs as you want anywhere in the world for FREE (Except other developed countries) A cheap way to increase culture everywhere.
