No, you said that abortion is killing an innocent life and if they don't want it, there is adoption and foster care. You also voted that abortion should be illegal for victims of rape. This means that you are saying that victims of rape should be forced to carry the baby to term and, if they don't want it, they can then give up the child. If there are situations where abortion is the best of bad options, to make it illegal is to remove it as an option which, in some cases, would condemn women to either death or jail for getting an illegal abortion.
That's why I said if the rape victim WANTS the baby by choice. If otherwise I find your reasoning valid
What about if carrying the baby to term puts the mother's life in danger? Should she still have to risk really life because someone attacked her?
So what about a 13 year old who was a rape victim? should they HAVE to go through the whole birth process? or a 14 year old how about a 16 year old and what about women who are those victims to rape? should they be forced to go through the whole pregnancy? No.... therefore I find your argument invalid
No it shouldn't, because that's killing a innocent life if the rape victim does not want the baby, there's always adoption, foster care and etc.
where is it not?
