Again, why would that be a good idea? Why should the government have the power to drug test you? If you are found incoherent and strung out on heroin, then yeah a drug test is going to be needed. But that is true no matter what age the person is. But if they don't have good reason to think you are on drugs that very seconds, and that those drugs are a danger to their health (ie and overdose, so messed up they might walk into traffic etc) then they should not have the authority to force a medical procedure on you.
control over your own body is one of the basic human rights. That should only be limited in cases where it is absolutely necessary.
Drug Testing in schools are permitted also by policy only suspected people get tested
Why would that be a good idea? It is a huge invasion of their privacy. The government does not have the right to randomly drug test people.
