it already starts in fall, the end of the year.
It would be better if school was more constant. same number of days off, but spread out more evenly.

and it should definitely start later in the day, especially high school

No, Schools should not start later. Psychology has proved that a child till 7 years of age can learn at least 8 different languages without confusion.
