Transgenders can use the single bathrooms teachers use if it is a serious problem at that school.
As of this wouldn't be abused?
I assume this is for transgenders. A private bathroom for such a small group is ridiculous.
If it were open to everyone, then its going to devolve into a Sex chamber or second Men's Restroom
