Kids are ruthlessly evil ******s who isolate those who are different or defective. Putting disabled kids together helps them develop healthy schema around trust, independence, self-esteem, etc because they're not social outcasts. So I have absolutely no problem with it. We have "special schools" in Australia and they work well.
How disabled would one have to be? Would the special school be optional or mandatory? Physically or mentally disabled? If mentally, would mental illnesses count?
