Sometimes, when we are doing something hard and maybe near impossible to reach the goal, it feels just like this days and nights will never end.. and maybe we will give up. But will we forget this chance? we can try harder although people say "it is impossible... don't try to do that anymore"

just like when we press harder on the remote control, we know that the battery is dead but we should press it harder and if it is still not working we should relax our mind and find another way to solve it. Maybe we can put new battery..

who says useless? for example one could wish to heal the whole world. now as one man this mission is near impossible but to try is definitely worth the shot.

in the case of policies and habits, absolutely.

but when it comes to goals and ideals, I think striving for the ideal that
shall never be achieved is admirable in the quest to get as close to it as possible.

You know it means, should we try to d something harder although we know that actually our effort is end and also useless?

I'm not sure if this was meant to be a metaphor, but I find this incredibly deep.
