Depends on what social media him/her is using. Suppose twitter is not bad but any can harm teenager, do not be too exposed, dont give and photo that everyone keeps looking at.
Yes, it does put pressure on teenagers in different ways, like for safety concerns social media's, should provide something for emergency services.
It puts pressure on teenagers with studies, and tensed. Mostly tensed because, they are always worried that if they are hiding anything they don't get caught. Especially that is in mind and that's how it affects studies.
Getting to exposed is bad for social media because they can track you, do robberies, murder actions can occur. Some teenagers forget that strangers that they should not talk with strangers, if they think their background seems fishy.
social media is just a technology that gives us platform to interact with over friends and make new friends also to talk with frnd that is never with us.
every thing has positive side and negative side.
If you say something OP doesnt like you get banned.
It doesn't put any pressure. Being a teenager is part of growing up and becoming an adult - you start to interact with people, you try to build you're name in society and you start to find your sexuality. Technology made communication easier for us people, young or old. I know people who can't walk without canes but use technology. But yeah, media does have its cons like manipulative information.
if you don't have strong will power than yes
fromage you can't blame the knife or the user but the people/thing that made them place the knife on themselves
I agree! media makes teenagers question what they should like. I recently heard a speech in school which had a case study of a girl who got many comments saying she was fat on a fb post and so she resolved it by eating hardly anything and within weeks she was in hospital and slipt behind in her exams. this caused stress to revise. social media is unneeded stress that we domt need xxx
No teenagers put pressure on themselves. Don't blame the knife, blame the user.
Growing up puts pressure on teenagers, social media just gives another way of interacting, as well as keeping a record of it. Bullying has always existed, cyber bullying is only different because you can't just leave. Social media presents new challenges and problems for teenagers, but it doesn't exert any pressure itself.
only if you let it! thats a choice!
Teenagers are the main target of the society who love to chat and keep in touch in social media. Social media itself has good and bad impact. For the good sides, we can get a lot of information from social media like updated news, gossips and events. For the bad sides, it can be a place for crime. Anyway, social media sometimes makes the closest person becomes farther and the farthest person becomes closer.
