If the couple are open and honest with each other, they should determine their sexual compatability before they marry. If she doesn't want sex and he does then they should not marry. Marraige is a partnership between two people - there's no room for a third.
Why do you always say the young attractive population - the heavy duty older beauties need love too! Although any self respecting woman is not going to disgrace herself by trading sex for money.
I don't know exctly how many times per month are you supposed to have sex with your wife if you want to stay healthy but if your wife does not like to have sex with you but she is happy with you and she does not want to divorce you then you can hire a prostitute on a regular basis to take care of all your sexual needs.
I understand prostitution is illegal in your States but maybe there can be some sort of official mistress for married man if the wife authorizes her. This would reduce unemployment among the young female attractive population.
