If you are in excellent shape and yur are very strong and healthy and you exercise daily but you are currently unemployed then you should get a job as a personal trainer and the government will hire you to train a lot of lazy unhealty unemployed people.
If you get food stamps from the government then you have to be trained by a personal trainer authorized by the government or you get nothing. Each personal trainer will be in charge of training a group of 20 at a park or on the streets.
Thereroce, all the healthy individuals will always be employed no matter what and that will encourage a lot of unemployed people to get in shape just to get a job.
If you are selected to train you have two choices: You can train for free or you can pay to get out of the program.
Obviously a lot of people would pay to avoid exercise and that is the point. We are going to use that cash to hire more healthy people currently unemployed.
