Are we taking about just actors or all jobs on general.
As such, most short and unattractive people gets left out, unless they super extraordinary talent.
Well of course they do, it's better for the company. People naturally find those kind of people most attractive, and if the movie stars are attractive, more people will watch the movie. They would make more money.
They easily get jobs, they easily get advantages, they easily become famous, they easily become well to do.
"Privilege?" What is that suppose to mean?
