Clothing trends always come and go, but the technological advances and family dynamics have evolved and aren't going back to what they were.
The fashion, music, cartoons, expressions and celebrities may all make a comeback, but time is linear. The 90s are gone and they will never come back. A middle aged man getting stoned in his driveway in a tie dyed shirt doesn't bring back the 60s, so how could enjoying things from the 90s bring them back?
It seems to me that the 90s era is coming back. It can bee seen from the sense of fashions for teenagers nowadays. Basically, from time to time, fashions have invented their new models. If we wear the 90s fashions these days, they look like vintage one but they are still stylish.
