When you are in a mini market and complain about the service of the servant, is it right? I don’t think that we have to complain about a small thing to the servant. However, if there are some problems about the products we bought, it’s true we must complain. Understanding customer is the best way to prevent a complaint.
As the customer is human it can't be always right!
