3. That would conflict with the first amendment which is my right to practice any religion I want.

If you have only one religion. There is no one to question anything. Hell, if it weren't for atheists, we would have still thought the world was flat until we went into space.

Those who agree with this inherently mean that theirs should be the only religion, meaning even among those who agree there will likely be disagreement about which religion should be the one. To claim that there should only be one, first there would need to be justification for which one is the one true faith. I have yet to see any such evidence for any faith.
I would argue that the world should have no religion because it promotes intellectual laziness. Presuming you know the answer before even asking the question stiffels progress.
