It might be racist, but it's not offensive, at least to white people. The term is used usually when a black person is caught using proper English, doing well in school, or supporting the invasion of a foreign country. white stereotypes are typically good things(besides the tendency to exploit and devour "non-white" countries and cultures through force)
White stereotypes are typically characteristics that people shouldn't be ashamed of in this context.
