Well, Last thurdayism is just an extreme form of Omphalos hypothesis. Although the hypothesis has a theological approach to it, if we look at it scientifically, there is no way to know, whether this complex information network appear out of nowhere. Even the logical arguments we make can be explained through the hypothesis. All we can ever do is believe and not know. And I'm not a solipsist.
It still might not be true, even if you're saying this a week after the universe was created.
how do you know it?
I can't prove you wrong. But I have more memories of time before Thursday, and no evidence for this creation. Thus it is more logical and relevant to believe the universe is much older.
