They way to stop cheating is to, this may seem a bit extreme for you liberals, punish those who cheat. If a team cheats, gets caught, and is still alowed to play in the super bowl, then why not cheat. every team should cheat. this is like in school If someone cheats, gets caught, and then the teacher let's them continue and ace the test.
sounds a little sexy
If your team had to use your opponent's balls, you're not going to deflate your balls and give them the advantage. If you have you need to cheat, you do not deserve to be playing for the Super Bowl.
