This would highlight the toughest, stinkiest meanest of men. Many men are refusing income because of the intricate nature of cryptocurrency. There is still US based currency to be earned. By placing extreme prerequisites to a man working and earning daily pay, you create a situation where the smelliest and dirtiest of men can accost anyone venturing outside of the contract paid environment. Most of those who ask for money, absolutely would refuse work if it were readily available. The problem is that these are mixed in with those being denied legitimate daily pay. So, a major factor is determining who is refusing to make money, and those who want to stink, be dirty everyday, versus those that are actually being prevented from earning daily pay.
