it's good because God is good. we can know this through past experience. so if he is good and he says this is good then it is.

no. and yes depending on the control. if good and evil is based on the person then yes. but if it's based on God who is unchanging then it would still be evil

Theree are alot of nuances. But good or evil is relative. What is good for me may be bad for you. For an example, what was good for hitler and all their followers, is now evil for us with our mentality. If he would've won, the good and bad conception would've been completely different.

without God there isn't. but there is one so there is a good and evil

I think there is good and evil, but not in the simple black and white sense. there is nuance, and there is grey zones. but helping an old lady who fell is definitely good and killing a random stranger for fun is definitely evil.
