Animals are animals. Humans are above animals. Who should care about a lesser lifeform. Many people in this world are too sensitive towards them. Let them be abused.

I agree.Animals did nothing to us.I dont support abuse of any kinds. We humans have bigger brains than animals so its obvious we're smarter..but thing is animal abuse is horrible. What have those poor little things done to you?Ruin ur stuff?Of course ,they are animals we are the sane ones around.Animals is also god's creation so why do they deseve abuse?

Again, I will bring up that there is not a moral equivalence between animals amd people, but I agree--that sadistix pleasure in harming animals is disturbing.

Look at it from this point of view:
An animal, for example a domesticated dog, has a much more intricate relation with its owner than most people realize. Studies have shown animals value their owners lives above there own, they have also shown that most dogs love their masters unconditionally.
So - why on Earth should a person who finds it okay to physically abuse a dog be allowed to roam in society? Don't you think their might be something wrong with them if they thinks it's okay to hurt an animal that has done nothing to hurt them or others? People who abuse animals are usually sick, twisted, horrible people. They're the kind of people who procreate than abuse their children, who don't pay back debts, do drugs, hurt other human beings, etc. Why would you want someone like that walking down the street when they could be imprisoned for the crime they have committed?
The way I see it, animals are children stuck in a perpetual state of innocence. People who decide it's okay to destroy this "childs" innocence are actually the equivalent of sex offenders.

10-15 years is a bit extreme--well very extreme. Yes they can feel pain, but the action is not comparable to humans. They have no rights, but it is despicable to abuse them.

also if your other arguement is that some animals are extremely intelligent (which theyre not becauee humans are still smarter) then that means you agree with killing stupid humans and if thats true, you should start with yourself.

also, your logic is stupid. you say the ounishment should be increased because animals can feel pain. so by that logic, no punishment should be given to somebody who numbs a human being and then kills them.

firstly, i never said that he claimed animals and humans were one. so no, you read MY arguement wrong. secondly, most abortions take place at 13 weeks, at which stage the baby can feel pain. abortion is murder. if not, then why is killing a pregnant woman classed as double homicide? huh? ******.

First of all, I hope you're joking. If you aren't, well... you read his argument wrong. No where in his argument did he say animals and humans are one. Secondly, abortion isn't murder as nothing is alive for it to be killed. Thirdly, animals do feel pain, just like humans and some animals are extremely intelligent.

well theyre not humans you retard. theyre lower than humans. even abortion is worse than killing an animal, so you should be given 10-15 years for abortion. who the f*** gives a shit if you kill an animal. bloodybhell liberal wankers.

All living beings in this world have feelings. If you physically hurt a person, they feel the pain that you caused unto them. This is similar to a pet. If you abuse them like a human being you would be arrested for 10-15 years. My point is, I really that if you abuse or kill an animal/pet it is just like killing a person. They feel pain too. They are living breathing beings.
