and who is going to judge this bias in the persecuted media organization? the government? even if the scotus goes for it still doesn't comply with the checks and balances that our Constitution wants.
Regulating the press means that someone in the government has the authority to change the information available to the citizens. I think media outlets should be accountable for what they print, and legally and financially punished if they skew the truth, but there would have to be evidence of intentional misleading, not just political differences of opinion.
