are they not creature ?
is that the treatment which you will give to them and show your character
some dont know they have it until they are dead aswell, and y would u do that nyhow. .
How are you supposed to quarantine somebody who is "not likely to get treated"? Round everybody up and force test them every day? This entire premise is ridiculous.
I'm curious where you got the statistic that people were unlikely to get treatment. Is that statistic based on the global number of people with HIV/AIDS, because if so it isn't that many choose not to receive treatment, many have no availability of medical care to seek treatment as they are in developing nations.
Except that both leprosy and bubonic plague are easily cured. So the simple answer to this debate is to get universal health care like a modern state and then this is a non issue.
I would accept it totally becuase statistically those that have aids are not likely to get treated.
if they had the bubonic plague or lepresey I'd still say quarantine them.
HIV is not highly communicable and it is manageable. New drugs can lower the transmission rate to near zero. Relatively speaking the flu is more deadly. We must not treat humans any less than humanly and certainly no worse than we would expect to be treated. Really ask yourself if you'd accept that type of treatment. I mean be completely honest and then rethink your solution.
