Ive never been shot at. Im not going to say gun crime is Ok, just as terrorism is wrong. Letting in people we know isnt wrong
So there isn't a gun crime problem in the US? There aren't more people killed with firearms (subtracting those used in terrorist attacks) than in terrorist attacks? Terrorists are the bogeyman in the closet that some politicians use to scare people. Whole they do exist, you are at far more risk from cars, guns, and cancer killing you before you ever see a real life terrorist.
They are vigilant towards gun owners.... Some guns lead to an authorized search at any time. Some attachments too. Thats worse than just a database---we're on databases for everything.
Islamic terrorists pose less of a threat to Americans than other Americans with guns. Why do you feel we need to be more vigilant towards them?
So Islamic Terror poses no threat to America as to say we should not be vigilant?
He almost made it better, then he casts more doubt on innocent Americans, turning others against them. Great example.
"It does not apply to people living in the country, except we have to be vigilant"
"Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country?s representatives can figure out what is going on"
Where is that distinction?
There was a distinction between foreigners, and citizens.
He speaks it like your average joe, not a polished politician. And nothing he said is wrong.
Would you say denying citizens from reentering their nation of birth is acceptable based on their religion?
Who has trump alienated? Terrorists? Illegal immigrant criminals? Sign me up. Who has Clinton divided is interesting. Her campaign is vitriolic: the right is out to get the poor, gays, blacks, Hispanics, middle class, all ethnic minorities, and all religious minorities. All of these groups she is attempting to form a coalition against an ideology. Who do Conservatives oppose? Those who disrespect our laws, and those who wish our nation harm.
So are you now going to denounce Trump?
So you would condemn any political candidates who used portions of the population, whether religious or racial minority, to blame for the problems of the population, thus making them scapegoats?
Yes I would.
So you would be opposed to a leader who divides the nation and sets one part against the other?
They unify by class warfare. The French Revolution estate conflicts. The Russian proletariat. The nazi-communist/jew conflict.
not really, all dictators and powerhungry leaders want to rule a large country and brainwash their people to believe that they are doomed if the country splits.
Actually, most dictators rule off of class warfare.
UNITY IS MY STRENGTH. ?
yeah, thats what all the dictators and powerhungry leaders say.
you break one wooden stick easily with your hand, but a bunch of sticks might break your hand.
you're right but my statement is in a different context and perspective. you need to think broader
We are probably heading to a race war in America, and it is looking more and more like that. I do not think your statement can be any more true.
